Wear stretchable, comfy clothes. Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before class. Bring water, a towel, and tie up long hair if needed. Remove accessories for safety, especially in hammock or inversion class
No experience needed! Our classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. Our instructors will adjust the pace and guidance to suit your comfort and needs, so you’ll never feel out of place.
